Exam ke dino me students ka tension lena ek aam baat hai. kyoki iska siddha effect aapke career par radta hai. or yadi thodi si tension aapko sahi line par le ja sakti hai to yah tension achhi hai. or yah tension positive hai to yah sahi hai, agar negative hai to yah bahut buri ho sakti hai. negative effect ke chalet huye kai students ko exam stress se fever bhi ho jata hai. aise me exam stress ko door karne ke kuchh tips –

Exam ke time me students ko limit se bhi jyada mahnat karni padti hai, isliye unhe jarurat hoti hai healthy food ki. Or sath hi students ko water ki bilkul bhi kami nahi honi chahiye kyoki isse mind me stress nahi bnta hai. bahar ke foods se to door hi rakhe.

Exam hume read karne ke liye force karte hai, or padne se hume knowledge milti hai, sath hi confidence level bhi badta hai. exam se hume work pressure handle karna aa jata hai, sath hi hum timetable se work karna bhi start kar dete hai.

Stress se ladne ka sabse strong tarika hai- maalish. Padai ke time me head or back par maalish karne se blood circle acha bana rahta hai. jo stress ko door karne me kaphi help karta hai.

Currently time me aapko exam bure lag rahe hote hai but exam ache hai. ye ek fever ki tarah hote hai or fever ko door karne ke liye medicine lena bahut jaruri hota hai, aise hi exam dene se hum bahut kuchh baate sikh jaate hai.

Ye to sabhi jante hai ki exam chahe board ka ho ya life ka exam ho, lekin aapka exam se kuchh time pahle books ko baar baar read karna, daily ka timetable ready karna, alarm lagakar morning me jaldi uthana, tv serials, cricket matches ka na dekhna, light jaane par lamp jalakar panda and etc. ye kuchh aise activities hoti hai jo sirf or sirf hume exam time me hi dekhne ko milti hai. ye jo time hota hai iss time ko waste na hone de, iss time ko enjoy kare because exam hume motivate bhi karte hai.

Exam time me lagatar padai karne ke liye aap der der tak raat ko jagte hai, aisa karna aapki health ke liye nukshandayak shabit ho sakta hai. isliye apni body ko rest dene ke liye aapka puri nind lena behad jaruri hota hai.

Bahut se students ko iss baat ka stress jyada hota hai ki maine puri saal to padai ki nahi hai, ab exam me mera kya hoga. Agar aap bhi iss baat ko lekar stress feel kar rahe hai to exam ke stress feel karne se behtar hoga ki aap mahnat se exam ki teyari kare or baaki bhagwaan par chhor de.

Agar aap padai karte karte bor ho gye hai jo aapke liye jaruri hai ki aap apni body ki situation ko baar baar change karte rahe. Isse aap bhi disturb nahi honge or aapka padai me bhi dhyan lagega.

Mana ki exam ki teyari bahut joor se hoti hai but padai ke time me break lena bahut jaruri hai agar aap aisa nahi karte hai to aap stress ke shikar ho jayenge.

Bahut se students ke mind me ek baat ka dar humesha rahta hai ki agar me exam me fail ho gya to kya hoga. Hum aapko bta de ki ye aapke stress ko badata hai, kyoki jo hona hota hai wo to ho kar hi rahta hai. or agar aapko apne fail hone ke dar hai to don’t worry. Ek ache successful aadmi ki suruaat uske failure se hi hoti hai.

Kuchh log ye soch kar pareshaan rahte hai ki agar mere exam kharab huye or me fail ho gya to log kya kahenge. Aree bhaar me jaye log”sabse bada rog, kya kahenge log”.

Aap apni job hi padai kar rahe hai use planning karke kare. Aisa karne se aap sahi tarah se sabhi subjects ko time bhi de payenge or apna time save bhi kar payenge.

Exam ke time me timetable to sabhi banate hai, lekin us ka sahi use koi bhi nahi karta hai.  timetable me padai karne ke aap 3-4 hrs. dete hai lekin mainly timetable ka use learn karne ke baar aaram karna bhi hota hai. jiske effort se aapka stress kam ho jata hai.

Last me aapse yahi kahunga ki aapka confidence niche girane wale log bahut milenge, lekin aapko apna confidence bilkul bhi down nahi hone dena hai. or agar aap exam me top kar paaye ya nahi. Lekin life ke exam me aap 100% top kar sakte hai. exam koi bhi kesa bhi ho use without stress ke enjoy karte huye clear kare or success ko bolo ..aa raha hu main.

  • Mere exam 11..12..13..14 October2019 ko hai mene sub kux read Kr liya hai .pr mn me dar hai Ki exam me kux important bhul na jau or me Isi depression ka shikar Ho gya ab muje need bhi nhi ati hai or headache hota hai ..please tell me any solution?
