Blood pressure ko control karta hai- blood pressure ke rogi ke liye ye bahut faydemand hai. aise log jinka  blood pressure high rahta hai unke liye walking behad jaruri hai kyoki walking karne se blood pressure kam hota hai. Or tahalane se humare sharir ka blood pressure badta hai. walking karne se humare sharir ki maaspeshiyo ko oxygen adhik limit me milni start ho jati hai. jo ki humare health ke liye laabhdhayak hoti hai.

Calcium ki matra badti hai- walking karne se calcium ki matra badti hai jisse humare sharir ki haddiya majboot hoti hai.  yah aashan sa vyayam aapki rid ki haddi, pairo ki haddi, kamar ki haddi ke liye laabhdayak hota hai.

Body ko nikharta hai- walking karne se aapke foot to sahi honge hi sath me unhe sahi aakar bhi mil jayega. Jiski wajah  se aap ko sahi chaal chalan milega or aapki body ko bhi fit rakhega.

Immunity system ko strong banata hai- aapko kuchh time ke baad sardi, jukham, khhasi ka hona matlav h ki aapka immunity system bahut hi kamjor hai, walking karne se ye aapko bimariyo se ladne ki power ko strong karti hai.
