Ye to sabhi jante hai ki Exercise karna humari health or finess ke liye bahut hi achha hota hai, kyoki jab tak aap exercise karte rahte hai tab tak aap fit rahne ke sath sath active or healthy bhi rahte hai. lekin agar aap exercise karna band karne ka soch rahe hai to meri salaah ye hai ki aap exercise karna band na kare because sayad aap nahi jante hai ki exercise band karne ke aapko bahut bade nukshaan ho sakte hai, or aapne jo pahle exercise ki hai sayad uska bhi aapko koi fayda na mile, jo ki aapki health ke liye thik nahi hai. Blood Pressure– agar aap exercise karna chhod dete hai to aap high blood pressure ke shikar ho sakte hai kyoki jab tak aap exercise karte hai tab tak aapka blood pressure control me rahta hai or exercise ko band karne ke baad aap ka blood speed slow ho jati hai. agar aap apne blood ko control rakhna chahte hai to dubara se workout start kar de.

Blood sugar- ye to har aap bhi jante hai ki humara blood sugar bhojan karne ke baad apne aap hi bad jata hai. or agar aap exercise karte rahte hai to aapka blood sugar bhi control rahta hai because hum jim me exercise karke apni badi hui calorie or sugar ko kam kar lete hai . leki agar aap exercise karna band kar dete hai to aapka blood sugar daily badta hi chala jata hai, or aap blood sugar ke shikar ho sakte hai.

Immunity system– exercise band karne ke baad aap stress bhi mahsoosh karne lagte hai. or aapka immunity system bhi kamjoor hone lagta hai. Exercise  karne se aap depression ko bhi maar bhaga sakto ho.

Exercise na karne se aapko heard problem, diabetes, cancer jesi khatarnak bimariya ho sakti hai. Exexercise  na karne se or aalashya se bhara jivan jine se year me kam se kam 50 lakh. Logo ki death hoti hai.

Exercise Advice– Hum aapko ek hi advice dena chahenge ki aap daily exercise kare, agar aapke paas bilkul bhi time nahi hai to bhi aap apni life me se daily 15 min. nikal kar exercise jarur kare because achha jivan jine ke liye fit or healthy hona bahut important hai.
