Diabetes sirf india me hi nahi hai yah speed se pure world me felti chali ja rahi hai but india me iss bimari ke log bahut jayada hai. or yah bimari humare daily ke khan paan, life style ki galat aadato jese bhaari khaana jyada khaane, milk me chini(sugar) ka use karne se, fat ka din par din badte jana etc. se hoti hai. lekin kuchh logo ke family me yah bimari aanuvanshikta se hoti hai.

Khan Paan Me Sudhar Kare or Motape Se Bache– chini(sugar) jese cheejo ka sevan kam se kam kare, ek baar me bhojan kabhi na kare, bhojan ko thoda thoda kai baar me khaye. Oil se bani hui cheezo ka sevan bhi kam se kam hi kare. Diabetes ke rogi ko chana, jou, gehu etc. se bani roti jyada fayde man dhoti hai. apne body par motape ko jama na hone de.

Diabetes Control Exercise

Exercise Hai Jaruri– Diabetes ke rogiyo ko exercise karna bahut hi jaruri ho jata hai. morning walk, jogging, bicycle chalane se aap fit bhi rahenge or sath me yah aapko chust or durust bhi rakhti hai.

Jamun Hai Faydemand– diabetes ke rogiyo ke liye jaamun bahut hi fayde mand hota hai or sath hi jaamun ki guthli bhi nahut fayde man dhoti hai. jaamun ki guthali ka baarik churan bana kar rakhle, din me 2-3 baar paani ke sath lene se peshaab me sugar ka jana kam ho jata hai.

Karela Bhi Hai Important– karela bhi diabetes ke logo ke liye jaruri hai. karele ka sevan aap daily kare to aap apni sugar ko control kar sakenge.

Dana Methi– diabetes ke logo ko dana methi ka sevan karna chahiye. Iska sevan aap iska churan bana kar iski roti bana kar kar sakte hai.

Red Meet Se Bache– diabetes ke rogi red meet ka sevan bilkul bhi na kare. Red meet hard hone ki wajah se ye bahut der se pachta hai jo ki siddha effort aapki sugar par dalta hai.

  • Mera wajan 63 kg h jo ki sugar ki bimari se pehle 75 kg tha mujhe 1 year se sugar ka rog h ..Kya mai apna weight badha sakta hu
    Or please weight badhane k upay bhi share kare plz
